Meet Nicky, a qualified hairdresser for 35 years, and our wonderful Front of House!

Nicky brings warmth and care to everything she does at Casa Luxe. When she’s not welcoming guests, she’s either keeping things spotless (because, yes, she loves cleaning!) or getting lost in her favourite medical TV shows like 24 Hours in A&E. A passionate gardener, Nicky enjoys growing flowers - just don’t ask her to mow the lawn! She also has a special love for donkeys, a nod to her childhood when she had one of her very own. And, most exciting of all, Nicky has recently become a first-time nanny, which she says is the best feeling in the world!
