Cancellation Policy

Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:

• A 100% charge of the service booked will apply if you do not attend your appointment (no-show) or cancel your booking day of.
  
  

• A 50% charge of the total s ervice booked will also apply if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as this allows us to offer the time to other clients.
