From start to finish my experience was faultless. A really lovely lady offered me a choice of drinks and made me a perfect cup of tea. Ellie my hairstylist was amazing, she worked out exactly how to style my hair after some in depth discussion. So refreshing not being directed into the bob style and have something created and tailored to my individual taste.
