Ellie is a true professional in every aspect: huge talent, excellent skills, positive attitude, kind & welcoming demeanor, and an attentive listener. She cut my hair exactly as I requested, spending time to obtain a precise, balanced, flattering cut. Lovely friendly Ellie. Put my mind at ease about visiting a different hairdresser. Offered me a lovely head massage when she washed my hair which was fab. Asked me questions to establish what I wanted or was worried about before she started doing anything. Discussed all the products she was using and why. Didn't assume that I was happy to have everything put on my hair. Checked first which I think is important. Loved the cut and loved it that she was able to give some advice about keeping it looking nice and giving me the results which I was looking for. No other hairdresser has really taken the time to show me what I can do to achieve the results I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend

Ellie is an excellent stylist, always verifying that she understands the hairstyle the customer is looking for. She’s also a pleasure to be around: a good conversationalist, a great listener, interested in her customers, friendly, and a highly skilled hairdresser. The other staff there are also very welcoming & kind, offering coffee, tea, etc and concerned with the clients’ comfort if they arrive early and are waiting for their appointment. A lovely salon all around.
