Wow, where do I even begin? Ellie is an exceptional stylist! From the moment we started with a detailed consultation and hair journey plan, I knew I was in great hands. She helped me choose the perfect shampoo for use at the basin, tailored to my hair and scalp. The cut is absolutely flawless—I love it, and it’s exactly what I wanted. Ellie’s dedication is incredible—she even chased me out of the salon because she spotted one hair out of place! The whole experience from start to finish was truly lovely—it felt like such a treat the entire way through.

This was my first visit to Casa Luxe and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve been so. I had Ellie doing my hair, and even though I just had a very simple cut she made sure I was getting the best shape to suit my face and was very careful to keep checking it’s exactly how I wanted it. She was also very lovely and chatty and all in all it was a lovely experience. Will definitely be making them my go to salon from now on
